San Lameer Villa 14016 HOLIDAY HOUSE SELF CATERING HOUSE, COTTAGE, CHALET ACCOMMODATION IN SAN LAMEER The villa has 4 air-conditioned (heating & cooling) bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom (bath & shower) and queen-size beds. The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the fourth has two single beds. It is self catering, with a fully equipped open plan kitchen (microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, a large s/s fridge-freezer, and cutlery). The kitchen continues into an open plan dining and lounge areas, both of which have air conditioning (heating & cooling). In the lounge is a TV set, DStv decoder, and a Sony Home Theater System. A covered patio, with piped music from the lounge, and great sea views provides a perfect spot for a braai and relaxation. The patio flows onto a large balcony for sun-lounging while enjoying the sea view. "Behind" the house is a tiled courtyard, with a well maintained plunge pool. Next to the pool is a Sauna room, which we are considering making available to the guests. Linen, towels and toiletries are provided. The villa has a laundrette,with a washing machine and tumble dryer, while the resort has laundry and dry cleaning services.All our guests will be provided with daily housekeeping. The villa is located within San Lameer Golf Estate, which is nestled on the South Coast of South Africa's KwaZulu-Natal Province. The Estate offers: A lovely white beach, protected by shark nets, with life guards on duty, and a tidal pool for children. Two swimming pools. 18-hole golf course. Squash and tennis courts. Rowing boats and canoeing. A fishing dam. A bowling green. A playground for children. Lagoon restaurant. Lounge & bar, next to the restaurant. A sparlette for self-catering supplies. Shelly Beach Mall is about 15 minutes drive from San Lameer, while the Wild Coast Sun Casino about 20 minutes. The villa sleeps 8 people. Arrival & Departure Times The villa may only be occupied after 14h00 on date of arrival. The villa must be vacated by 10h00 on Departure date. Terms Of Payment A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Failure to pay your deposit within 72 hours of receiving acknowledgement of your reservation request will result in the provisional reservation being cancelled. The balance is due before arrival. All guests are required to have paid in full, all amounts due, before arrival, or they will not be allowed into the Estate. Rules/Conditions The villa has 4 bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 8 adults. The tariff is per villa per night. We have a minimum of 2 nights stay in the Low Season, 3 nights in the Mid-Season, and 7 nights in the Peak Season. A 1 night stay is also offered, with an additional surchage of R550.00 A refundable breakage fee of R1000.00 in the Low Season, and R2000.00 in the Peak Season is also levied. The breakage deposit will be refunded to you at Month end. It is expressly recorded that the interest on the deposit paid acrues to us. Please fax or email us a copy of the deposit slip at your earliest convenience. Your reservation confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as the deposit slip is received. Please Note: 1. Such places get booked for December by Easter time at the latest. Anyone who wants to book San Lameer for December 2024 has to send a booking request. So it is advisable to book earlier. 2. Peak Season Rate is R7920 per night. 3. For December, we do not accept anything below 7 days. Basically it's 7 days and above.
