The property does have other people on the property in a independent cottage that is rented separately, which are good for security & keeping the cost of renting affordable. The cottage has its own private garden with a shared driveway with the second cottage. This cottage has a covered carport for single vehicle only. A second open parking can be arranged for a small monthly fee. The electricity is monitored on a separate sub prepaid meter. The person staying in the cottage will purchase tokens on a monthly basis when needed. The water is monitored with individual meters, and charged monthly.  A full deposit is required with an application fee. An application needs to be submitted with all relevant documents. It normally takes about three working days to receive an answer for a successful applicant. Only SA citizens with ID documents need to apply due to ITC checks.
