The property has good security, with bars on all windows. The owners do stay on the property in the main house, which is good for security & keeping the cost of renting affordable. The house has its own private small garden with a communal driveway & internal gate separating the cottage from the main house. This house has parking for two medium vehicles , which one is a carport. The electricity is monitored on a separate sub prepaid meter. The person staying in the cottage will purchase tokens on a monthly basis when needed. The water is included in the rent. An application needs to be submitted with all relevant documents. This property suits a single person, or maximum a couple only. It could accommodate a cat or small dog. Applications & docs are needed for everyone over the age of 18. It normally takes about three working days to receive an answer for a successful applicant. We don't base an applicant on a first come first serve basis, but really want to place the right person or family. Only SA citizens with ID documents need to apply due to ITC checks.
