It is very close to number of schools and modern shopping centers. The complex is well run and has a friendly environment and is suited to a single person or couple ( Maximum of two people). The electricity is monitored on a separate sub prepaid meter and has its own water meter. The person staying in the house will purchase tokens on a monthly basis. The unit consists of a combined bedroom and tv room. The unit also includes an entrance room that could be used as a small office, study with a desk or similar as needed. A nice size kitchen with a large stove. The bathroom consists of a bath in it, and has nice commune garden areas to spend time outside in the sun or shade to relax in. An application needs to be submitted with all relevant documents. It normally takes about three working days to receive an answer for a successful applicant.
